Snapzl will currently connect to Xero companies over the cloud. If you have companies on other accounting platforms, you can import financial data using a csv file.

Snapzl syncs data with the connected entity every 6 hours.

If you need to sync urgently, you can manually sync on a connection by connection basis. There is a maximum number of manual syncs you can do per day depending on how many connections you have.

Snapzl is built on the latest technologies available on the Microsoft Azure Platform. We use our own product and understand how important the security and privacy of our data is. All data is encrypted and backed up regularly and retained in multiple regions. 
 
Our Practices and Policies.

Encrypted traffic
All data transmissions internal and external at Snapzl, including sign-on, are encrypted at 256-bit and sent through TLS 1.2, adhering to the FIPS 140-2 certification standard.
  
External security audits and penetration tests
Yearly web app and infrastructure security audits and penetration tests are performed at Snapzl. We monitor our product for security vulnerabilities automatically as the product grows.
 
Where are my files hosted?
Snapzl is hosted in multiple Microsoft Azure datacentres. We continually monitor user locations to assess the optimal hosting locations.
 
Experienced team members
Snapzl architects, engineers and operations teams keep their skills up to date with security best practices. 
 
Availability
Snapzl is highly available. We take measures to ensure you can access your data and reports whenever you need them. We built Snapzl to tolerate failure of any individual component.

Data protection
We regularly backup data for our customers. Critical data is backed up every 10 minutes, and non-critical data on a daily basis.
 
Confidentiality
We understand all customer data is private and confidential. Employees have to abide by strict protocols to access internal data. Great measures are taken to ensure you data is not seen by anyone who should not see it.
